Refund and Return Policy

All packages are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation for are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a manually consent resolution of the situation we accept return within 48 to 72 hours of receiving the parcel. You have to inform our customer service number and report the issue and please contact our customer service to report the issue and the customer service executive will provide you the address where the product need to be returned.

Product should be unused

Please ensure that the product is the original packaging along with the invoice all products should be returned in original condition with tags. Presence of original tag is must to accept return. Refund process will be initiated once the Seller has received the products.

The Seller is entitled to suspend its repayment obligation until the products have been returned or the consumer has supplied it with proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

Item received in damage condition on manufacturing defect or wrong item.

If you have received a damage item or if the item you receive was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our side, please contact us within 48 to 72 hours of you receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing material as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we will give you instruction on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item as the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you if the original order item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.
